Coaching By the Sea in Dorset

If you need a fresh perspective and time to reflect, this bespoke, one to one, walking and coaching session is just what you need.

Coffee and planning

We'll start with coffee in a coastal café where we'll plan out the day.  You will identify the topics you want to cover and the issues you want to discuss.

Beach Walk

We'll begin your bespoke coaching session by walking along Sandbanks Beach. The sea air, powder sand and stunning views will help you to unwind, gain perspective and find solutions.  No PowerPoint, no paper, no PCs.  If we need to make notes, we'll sketch them out in the sand.  This is your time for talking.

Cliff Walk

If you prefer the rugged beauty of the Jurassic coast, we can walk the cliff paths of Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve.  Look out to sea from high up on the clifftops, the castle turrets and the viewing decks of this extraordinary place.  Guaranteed to inspire.

Lunch

Over a café lunch at your chosen locations, we'll summarise progress so far, and you will decide how you want to use the walk back to wrap up your session.  Whether it's identifying options and next steps, or refocusing your attention, we'll make sure that you go home with more clarity, less stress and better perspective.

Homeward Bound

With sand in your shoes and a spring in your step I'll drop you back at Poole train station or wave you off in your car as you go back to work feeling refreshed and refocused.

Weather!

The British weather can be unpredictable, it all adds to the experience!  In the event that the weather is too hot, cold, wet or windy, you will have the option of rescheduling (with three days' notice), or to embrace the elements.  Both locations have cafes for shelter and refreshments, there's a beach hut at Sandbanks Beach and a meeting room at the Education Centre at Durlston if required.
