About us
Leesa Harwood - Owner
Leesa has over 30 years' experience in the UK and USA charity sector.
She began her career in the USA with the American Cancer Society, returning to the UK to charities including Business in the Community, Save the Children and the Dartington Hall Trust. As Director of Lifesaving and Fundraising at the RNLI she introduced new and innovative strategies, focusing on new income streams and operating models across the lifeboat service.
She has an extensive background as a Trustee at charities including The Big Issue Foundation and the Royal Osteoporosis Society.
Most recently Leesa was interim CEO at Jeans for Genes.
She is now an RSA Fellow and Non-executive Director on the Dorset NHS Integrated Care Board, where she Chairs the People, Engagement & Culture Committee.
Leesa specialises in diversifying income, strategy development, board development & compliance, one-to-one leadership development & coaching.
